-! Weekend in the Dakota's !-

This weekend I had the opportunity to drive down to Dickinson for Tiffany's and Casey's wedding! Wow it has been along time since I have been in North Dakota!
My time there made me realize how much I miss my buddies there! It was SO good to see everyone that I did and to catch up on the latest! Tiffany looked BEAUTIFUL!!! I thought the wedding and reception were great! Im SO glad that i went.

Alice, Viki, Del and Ryan drove down with me. I am SO glad they did. It was a long drive and it was great not having to drive the whole thing! They were a great support and I hope they had fun even though they didnt know anyone! :)The day after the wedding we went to Mount. Rushmore in South Dakota. Del, Ryan and Viki had never been there before so we went and took lots of pictures and had that OH so amazing ice cream.
Well we used Flo my GPS to get us home from South Dakota. She took us all the way through SD and WY to get us lost in Yellowstone National Park.
Were were there FOREVER driving around. The road we wanted to take in to West Yellowstone was closed so we had to go around. ... we arrived home this morning at 5:00 AM. I made it to my 9:00 class this morning. ON TIME. Be proud. :) It was a great weekend! I have such great friends!

!- Families Can be Together forever -!

I love my family and am SO thankful we can have the chance to be together FOREVER. I wouldnt be who I am today with out my family. Today, because it is Father's Day and just because, I wanted to let my family know how much I love them and wish we could all be together RIGHT now:) Let me tell you just how great my family is...

Mom and DadI couldnt have asked for better parents. I Love them SO much and like to talk to them as much as possible! I know I can be a handful sometimes but they are very patient with me and have never let me down. Ive learned how to work hard and not to take anything for granted in life from them. Thankyou for being such great parents!!

Trixie, Michael, Joshua and Dallin

My oldest sister has been such a great example to me. I miss living in the same town as her and miss my nephews so much! When im having a bad day, talking on the phone with Joshua and Dallin always brightens it. When I dont at least say hey to Trixie during the day, its definetly not a good day. Trixie and Michael get to hear all my frustrations with boys, roommates and friends and they still answer the phone every time I call. :) I love them SO much and am glad Trixie pick Michael to bring into the Family. He is a great guy!

Quinn and Nallely

My Big Bro! :) This guy can make anyone laugh and it seems like everyone loves him! His wife Nallely is beautiful and im so glad she is part of the family. They are bringing a boy into this world in October. His name will be Jacob Santiago Rasmussen. I havent seen them since January and I miss them so much!
Kira Jean

Well Im the older sister but I think I learn alot more from Kira than she ever has from me. Im glad she can be in Rexburg with me and am excited to live with her this Fall! Maybe she can teach me some good study habits! :)

Well this is my immediate family, I could go on for pages and pages about my grandparents and aunts and uncles and cousins. They have been great impacts on my life too! I have really enjoyed getting to know my mom's side of the family this last year and am so greatful im so close to my dad's side here in Idaho! Im a lucky girl!

-! Teton DAM Half-Marathon !-

The 2009 Teton DAM Half-Marathon makes Half-Marathon #3. Im slowly but surely improving on running them. :) The goal is to run under two hours, when that happens its full marathon time! I ran the Teton Dam one this Saturday. PERFECT weather! It wasnt sunny and it wasnt raining. Good spring weather! Whitney and I were planning on running together but a few months ago we found out she is going to be blessed with a little boy. I guess half-marathon training isnt good for the baby so...she had to sit this one out. :) Next time Whit!! It was a bummer not being able to run with her or Amber D either but it was still a great race and my sister and roommates were a great support! The night before Karen bought me gatorades and water for the race and on race day Kira, Andrew, Viki and Alice came and cheered me at the finish line. Later Alice made some SUPER good soup and got me some yummy bread. Viki fluffed my pillows and put me down for a nap. :) haha they are too good to me. The race was awesome! There was around 400 people running the half-marathon. I ran it in 2 hours 17 minutes which is a personal record for me! woohoo! I love running! I thought I was going to pass out and die around mile ten but I kept running tell i crossed that finish line. I kept hearing Whit's voice in my head saying that only pansies walk so i did NOT walk a step. :) Today Im a little sore but I feel good and hope to be joining my aunts soon in running those marathons! Thank you for all the support Texts and calls. You all ROCK! :)
